If you need to send frequent newsletter emails or marketing information to large lists of email addresses, all with automatic opt-out and detailed reporting, we have a simple web-based solution for you. Send unlimited numbers of HTML emails to your mailing lists.

Our list-server system is entirely web-based and sits in a folder on your own website. All you need to operate it is a web browser. You do not need to have any special technical knowledge to operate our software. It is all menu driven and very straight forward.

The software is licensed on a per-domain basis for a one-off fee. This fee includes installation, configuration and ongoing technical support should you need it (although it really is very simple to use!). There are no ongoing fees unless you choose to upgrade to a later version at some time in the future. There are no limits to the number of emails you can send from our system although the speed of delivery is dictated by your mail server.

All emails are sent from your company's email address using your own outgoing mail server. This helps reduce the chances of your emails being rejected as spam.

  • Download your mailing lists as CSV files compatible with spreadsheet software
  • Upload buld contact data in CSV format

Technical requirements

We recommend using a dedicated server to host the list-server but it can be hosted successfully on a shared server if the following technical requirements are met:

  • A single MySQL database
  • PHP5 or better installed
  • One CRON job can be set up by yourself or your ISP
  • One POP3 or IMAP email box to use for sending your emails

Customisation
